You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Twirl Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You represent and warrant that:

Certain features require payment (memberships, boosts, rentals). All payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Earnings from streams and creator activities are governed by our Creator Earnings Policy. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings if fraudulent activity is detected. Payouts require meeting minimum thresholds as specified in your dashboard.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by Twirl Me or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Twirl Me operates a music licensing marketplace that allows buyers to license stock music, commercial use music, and background music for video, YouTube, podcasts, films, ads, and other media projects.
Opt-In & Exclusive Rights Grant. By checking the "License this track in the Twirl Me Marketplace" checkbox at upload, you (the "Creator") grant Twirl Me exclusive rights to control, market, and monetize the track for licensing purposes. This means:
Revenue Split. For each license sale, revenue is split as follows: 40% Creator Royalty (paid directly to you), 20% Creator Pool (contributed to the shared creator earnings pool), and 40% Platform Operations (retained by Twirl Me). Royalties are tracked separately from stream earnings and do not affect your existing pool earnings.
AI-Generated Content. All music generated through Twirl Me's AI Music Studio is connected to a creator email and treated as creator-owned for royalty purposes. AI-generated tracks are automatically included in the licensing marketplace. Creators must hold an active paid membership ($99/mo or $495/mo) to qualify for royalty payouts.
License Certificate. Each completed license purchase generates a downloadable license certificate proving the buyer's rights. Download of licensed tracks is gated behind verified payment — only buyers with a completed license sale may download the track files.
Revocation. You may opt a track out of the marketplace at any time by making it private or contacting support. Existing completed licenses remain valid and are not affected by revocation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the content posted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twirl Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
