Group 3: Premium creators (0 users)
Co-invest $100+ and investor matches it. Budget goes to Twirl Me ad campaigns. Links to /InvestmentOpportunity.
Delivery via Brevo Campaigns
Each group gets a separate Brevo contact list + email campaign. Brevo handles all delivery, rate limiting, bounces, and retries on their infrastructure — same system your Broadcast tab uses.
